REGUS SIGNS LEASE IN LIBERTY WHARF DEVELOPMENT

Isle News, 19 October 2009 – The Commercial Property Agents, Buckley & Co., are delighted to announce that Regus has signed a pre-let agreement with Harcourt for the last remaining space in the new Liberty Wharf office development.

Multinational Corporation Regus, the world’s largest global provider of innovative workspace solutions, will occupy 15,000sqft of office space on the first floor of the development providing serviced office accommodation and meeting rooms to clients on a contract basis.

The offices are located immediately above the new transportation centre benefiting from their own dedicated entrance and being situated in the heart of the Esplanade office district. The offices are currently being fitted out by Regus and are expected to open in the early part of 2010.

Regus currently operates in 76 countries, with more than 500,000 customers using its 1000 business centres in 450 cities, making it the world’s largest provider of outsourced workspace. The company recently opened its 1,000^th office in Port Louis, Mauritius.
