Isle News, 8 October 2009 – Channel Island IT Security Distributor Softek are to hold a series of conferences in conjunction with IT security and data control firm Sophos.
The events will be held in both Jersey and Guernsey, inviting local businesses and business representatives to gain a unique view of the electronic threats faced by the business world today.
The daylong conferences will be hosted by IT security specialists from Sophos offering those attending an expert’s view on the latest threats in information security.
Attendees to the seminar will be given an overview of the security threats that impact organisations, whilst also being given an insight into how to protect business networks from these threats. Delegates will learn how to prevent data loss and be given an overview of the latest encryption solutions available, while also hearing about the latest developments in web and email security offerings.
