LEADING COMPANY AND TRUST EXPERT TO SPEAK AT STEP LECTURE
Isle News, 27 May 2009 – The next talk in the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) evening lecture series will be delivered by advocate William Simpson, managing partner of Ogier’s Guernsey office.
Sponsored by Collins Stewart Wealth Management, the lecture will take place at the OGH Hotel on Thursday 28 May at 5.30pm.
Advocate Simpson will discuss corporate structures established under the BVI Business Companies Act 2004 and certain differences, from a practical perspective, between Guernsey and BVI structures.
The lecture will last for approximately 45 minutes, followed by a question and answer session.
The series of evening lectures is aimed at leading and established trust professionals. Collins Stewart Wealth Management also sponsors a series of lunch time lectures aimed at up and coming trust practitioners.
